CNC Plasma Shape-Cutting System
RUF's fabrication needs are met by specialized tools, many of which we fabricate in-house. Our CNC shape-cutting system is no exception, and was manufactured right here at RUF, Inc. in 2003.
This machine can process materials from light gauge sheet metals to 3/8" plate steel. The table will handle a maximum size of 36" x 60" and the process is accurate to almost 0.001". We can cut virtually any shape that can be drawn, from simple to complex, artistic to mechanical.
We make extensive use of this machine in the production of our custom Mitsubishi Chassis Parts and AATREC(TM) Expedition Vehicles. However, we are also happy to use it for customer-designed signs and decorations. We have cut shapes for clients as far away as Neumuenster, Germany!
